Ticket details display (empty) when email coming from outlook in pipe

Hi Team,

Recently i have updated the osticket version to 1.11. My problem is that i have configured email pipe in osticket and everything was working fine it before upgrade.

Now the email pipe is working and fetch the email and convert it to tickets but only when the email come from gmail or yahoo but if the email come from outlook then it display (empty) in ticket details. subject is display properly.

I have searched for this issue and implement all the solutions described in forum but still its not working.
So please help me it is very urgent for me

Make the below changes and retest:

include/class.search.php
Change:

if (function_exists('apcu_store')) {

To:

if (PHP_SAPI !== 'cli' && function_exists('apcu_store')) {

I found this line at three places in class.search.php and i have changed at all places and retest it but still it display (empty).

I hope you all are well, after so many research and try now my issue is fix and it is working fine now thanks all of you for your kind help.

Now the ticket details not display empty anymore.

I have one more issue which i am facing from last 2-3 days and also searched for that but unfortunately it is not work.

This appears to be a sendmail/mailserver issue. Check the mail in the sendmail queue and see if you can find the headers. If you can, look at all email addresses and see if they are formatted properly like
"User One" <user.one@email.com> or <user.one@email.com>. If not, then you can see that something is mangling the address which will definitely cause an issue.

I googled the error and came across many people/posts saying it's "mini_sendmail" fault for mangling the addresses.

Thanks for you replay, could you please guide me at where i need to look for this to check sendmail queue. do i need to check it in cpanel or osticket admin ?

I'm assuming this:user3@gmal.com is why...it should be "gmail.com" instead of "gmal.com".
