I looked around and I found three themes available (not updated for 1.11 yet, but I assume that is coming).
Does anyone use any of these and have an opinion about it one way or the other?

I haven't used any of them.
Keep in mind though that at this point in time any "theme" in osTicket is actually a mod of the core source files. They all replace core files with their own versions and you will be asked to remove the theme if you have problems and need support from us here to see if the problem still exists. Especially if we cannot reproduce the issue.
I understand that. These days 50% or more users are mobile or tablet and need a responsive design or they just go elsewhere---and there are far too many elsewheres these days.
Ideally, OST would use a templating system. What is the development teams' rationale for not taking this route?
I've been using this one for the client side in 1.10.4

He is currently updating it to suite 1.11 he expected a release on Monday.
But the nature of development is that things pop-up unexpectedly.
I would recommend this one as I've used it and know it works.
The only downside is that he does not yet offer an agent side theme.
Hi @vicos
I am the developer behind osTicket Awesome.
I am currently working on a releases for 1.10.5 and 1.11.0.

Having tackled this myself, I can tell you that making the existing OST code responsive and theme-able is an incredibly laborious task.
But @ntozier has mentioned in the past that Enhancesoft do at least plan on making osTicket theme-ready in a future release.

Well, I don't think this will gonna happen (at least soon)
The website says "Due to unforeseeable circumstances, osTicket Themes has had to enforce a temporary closure. Please check back later for further updates."....
I have updated osticketthemes 1.10.4 theme with lates 1.11 osticket. Almost all works.. almost,
Oly one thing I am not able to get to work is tickets list page on customer account.

Do you provide the entire OST distro with your theme, or just the modified files? I am hoping it is just the modified files because I have already made several patches to the code and why upload files that have not changed.
Also, on your demo, the page does the vertical dance as the logo loads and pushes the rest of the page down. Can't you specify a fixed size for the container and/or image?
