Kept an eye on osTicket development all the time and it is so great to see 1.11 is now finally released. Well done!
Really miss to be an active part of the osTicket community but having to take care of my own community with hundreds of people as well as others using my Telegram bots (PHP and MySQL btw). Running, developing, maintaining and supporting these Telegram bots used by thousands of people all over the world and most people are thankful for those bots as I still am for osTicket ?
Once translations are updated for 1.11 on crowdin, I will try to help translate and proofread as I did before. I know it‘ll be hard as I‘m very busy due to several private projects and a lot of planned stuff at work, but I will try my best!
