Help Topic issue when open new Ticket

i have a problem when i try to open new ticket and i select Help Topic and i don't input to input request box ,
The request box is over

this when i select Help topic

And this when i open ticket and i don't input to input request box

I can't find where I should fix it.

Sorry I dont follow what your saying. It sounds like you are saying:
You pick a Help Topic and do not populate required fields and want to know why it rejects the tickets saying that you haven't populated the fields?

ntozier sorry I'm not good at English. i will try to explain you.

first picture have 7 required fields but when i click open in the end of page ,
it go to second picture it have 11 required fields.

it have required fields excess form another Help Topic.

It looks to me like everything is working as intended. Required Fields are required.

If you think otherwise then perhaps you have misconfigured either your ticket Details form, or help topic, or the attached form itself.
