Hello guys.
I'm using osTicket and there's plenty of time trying to send emails and tickets with different headers of the standard ('text / plain'). I want to use 'text / html' and have already been able to make some changes and send with this header, but when I send some tickets, they end up losing the formatting. Do I need to know if there is any way to change the header without major impacts?
