Estoy usando la version 1.10.4 de osticket.

Cuando intento abrir un ticket no me muestra los campos requeridos

Es solo cunado hago click en "Crear Ticket" cuando me los muestra (con un mensaje de error por fallar la validación, claro)

Es como si open.inc.php no cargara el formulario de dynamic-form.tmpl.php hasta que no intentara crear el ticket previamente.

Podéis echarme un cable?

Please go to Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details

Locate Issue Summary and click on the Config button.
Click on the Settings tab
Ensure that everything is checked (except for Data Integrity at the bottom)
Click Save

Click Save Changes.

Go and try to open a ticket again and see if that fixes it.

Nope, only show up after click "Create ticket", form don't validate those fields and it is then when it shows the fields.

What webserver are you running?

Can you look at your webserver and PHP error logs to see if anything is getting logged?

I'm running a webserver Apache, with PHP 5.6 and MySQL 5.7

I can't look log o error files, is not my server, but I can ask for them to their owner.

Please ask for them to set you up with php / apache error logs for your site. It can be done pretty easily. Each site can have it's own logs files. That way hopefully we can narrow down whats happening.

Well, the error has been miraculously corrected, it was created by the file "open.php". I just overwrote the file on the server from my backup.

Now the fields are shown after selecting help topic.

Estimado, la solución es que debe de ingresar a Temas de ayuda, y seleccionar que formulario quieres que aparezca segun el tipo de ticket a ingresar.
