Email content location in DB?

OSticket v1.10.4
dedicated Ubuntu 18.04 server
Apache + nginx proxy
MySQL server 5.7.25

I had a user email into our help desk with his credit card number yep in plain text along with the entire card number, CV2, and expire date. yea I know I have to deal with folks like this often ? anyway rather than delete the ticket I would like to simply go in and overwrite the card number with XXXX. Could someone direct me to the DB tables where I would do this at and the best way to look up a ticket in the DB. I'm using phpmyadmin to view the database and also have ssh access to the box so I can use mysql cli if need be.

ost_thread_entry.

But to find which entry you will either have to search the table or you will need to look at ost_ticket get the ticket id, and then figure out which entry it relates to. I think that requires looking at the ost_thread table to get the thread id.

Thanks @ntozier ost_thread_entry was what I was looking for I found that looking up the created date and poster within this table was a quick way to track down the ticket's I was looking for. Yes that's right now more than one ticket because the day after I posted my question we had another user do the exact same thing. So again thanks for the info.
