I wonder if it is possible to automatically change the due date of a ticket when it is marked as overdue and a specific situation is selected.

For example the ticket above. The idea is to change the due date automatically as soon as it is marked as overdue because its current status is "Aguardando HeadSoft".

This is not a feature in osTicket at this time. Of course if it is overdue then its past its due date...
