ntozier Yes on 1.11-rc1. As stated above, this is not in production. It was at first tested, and found at fault before placing back into production. Once it was found faulty, the site was already restored. NOW, the upgrade is on a TESTING site, and not within a production environment.
Also, as stated above, PHP is usually the cause for a "white page", but when osTicket is restored back to 1.10.x, the site does not display a white page any longer. So.. is it actually PHP in this case, or is it a PHP file within the NEW upload.
Furthermore, you state "it sounds more like you did not upload all files". Not sure how you determine that, and is kind of offensive. I do understand you are a "moderator", and maybe I am reading this incorrectly, but why would I NOT upload all files? I in fact HAVE uploaded all files and are getting errors within .PHP files that ARE within the correct folder of the site. When the errors, as shown above, were coming up.. my only TEST idea was to replace the files showing an error, with the ORIGINAL files that were working within 1.10.x. When replaced, the site WOULD NOT be a white page, but was not displaying everything correct. Now, before I wished to continue to just replace older .PHP files, I wanted to come in and just ask around if anyone else has experienced it.. maybe even since it is an RC, maybe I am possibly bringing up a bug they might need to fix before they release it into production?
Now... do understand, I mean no offense to you. I am stating the way your response was towards me. Remove me from the forums if you wish. I have been doing this for some time now and am very familiar with the errors/troubleshooting REQUIRED. I am just trying to reach out and see what others think with this issue. I do not post for this exact reason. I see it all the time and it ain't worth it.
