Quisiera saber si alguien tiene contacto para poder hacer reportes de estadísticas más amplios de los estándares que trae por default, por ejemplo por agente, temas, su temas etc.

If you are looking for reporting (and the built in dashboard doesn't suit your needs) then I would recommend the Reports Plugin. This is a paid plugin available from a third party, you can find it at software-mods
