The idea of how much longer it will take to get out the stable version?
In principle, according to the blog, I left the rc2 but on github still nothing new appears.
I'm waiting for the new features.

@jcasanellas there has never been a predicted date for any release unless I made a speculation and guessed. They release the new version when they think it is ready.
There have been almost 400 commits on GH since Aug and the last one was a few days ago on Jan. 23. So, they're working on it. ?
According to https://forum.osticket.com/d/93347/10 , 1.11 should be ready (and have full support for PHP 7.2!! ? ) "within weeks" ?
That's just about the time I need it ? Add some time for OSTicketAwesome to update his theme and away we go.
Now, they can work on a responsive UX ?
