Hello,

Is there a way to set this up so when a customer responds to an email ticket it post to their ticket? Currently some respond to the ticket but it does not post there and we only want them to post back to the ticket.

    Are they responding to their original email -or- to the email that the ticket system sends them?

    You did setup email (IMAP or POP) in osTicket and are running cron.php?

    I set up piping but when I check the box Email Fetching: I get this error: * Email already setup as system email and it highlights Admin Email address

    Am I missing something here

      You can NOT use system email and Admin email address same
