Formulario de Detalles de la Tarea

Buenas tardes, queria hacerles una consulta sobre el formulario de tareas, si es un formulario estandar que viene con el software o hay que generarlo como personalizado? Porque en mis formularios no me aparecen:

Porque puede ser que no me este enviando los correos de vencimiento de las tareas aun cuando lo tengo configurado?

A: the Task Details is the form used for Tasks. In your screen shot it is labelled as Detalle del Ticket.

Q: Because it could be that you are not sending me the due emails of the tasks even when I have it configured?
A: This does not appear to have anything to do with the first question. I also cannot tell if that second screen shot is from:
Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets -> Alerts & Notices
or
Admin panel -> Settings -> Tasks -> Alerts & Notices.

What is the actual problem that you are experiencing?

Con respecto al primer punto ya le cambie el nombre para evitarme problemas del formulario y ahora ya se cual es para poder personalizarlo.

Con respecto al segundo tema la pantalla que pegue es de Configuracion --> tareas --> alertas y notificaciones y el problema de eso es que no me llegan las notificaciones cuando la tarea esta retrazada, si me llega el aviso de cuando la creo.

El SLA lo puedo utilizar para las tareas? Porque en las tareas tengo un campo de fecha de vencimiento y pensé que lo podía utilizar para el aviso de retraso!

Q: Can I use SLA for tasks?
A: No. Tasks do not have SLA's.

Due Date (like on Tickets) is when the task/ticket should be completed by. Since I don't use Tasks or Due Dates in this fashion I'm not 100% on what that does. I would think that it mark the ticket as over due when the date/time is passed and trigger the Overdue Ticket Alert as configured at: Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets -> Alerts and Notices.

@jlb my understanding is that once something is past due it will always be past due.
