I configured three email -id in emails, When i enable cron the ticket start fetch from all of them. But i want only one email's ticket should fetch from cron, Is it possible?

    Each email account has setting to disable Fetch of emails
    Just disable one you don't want to fetch
    Fetching Email via IMAP or POP
