Cron tab setup

i am using php 7.0 and osticket 7.10.4
i was setup cron using cronttab -e
in ubuntu but ot will work when logedin
it will not work without logedin and not sending replay from ticket creating from email

Can you post what you have in your script for cronttab?

Admin panel -> Emails -> Settings.
is Email Fetching enabled?

Admin panel -> Emails -> Emails -> <your email address that you want to collect>
is Status under Fetching Email via IMAP or POP enabled?

Is your cron job running as a user that has access to the files? (like the same use that the webserver is running as?)

So the PHP warning error indicates that the global constant isn't being translated by your php.
CLIENTINC_DIR should be a system path.

It also looks like your path to php is incorrect. It should likely be /usr/bin/php. Are you sure that the path to cron.php is correct?
