Here I want to know if we have 2 shift general shift and night shift
General Shift 8 AM to 8 PM
night shift 8 PM to 8 AM
we have setup ticket system for a General shift, if anyone sends mail to ticket it will generate a ticket. but anyone sent mail in night shift hours we have to add one more id for a new ticket. how I can set.
can anyone help me with this?
