Hi, I installed latest version of Osticket, i am unable to see the created tickets in staff control panel. Please help me.
harinadh537 Check the Agents permission When you click on the Agent you need to check if Agent has access to the Department and Permission
ramrajone Thank you so much for your response. I login as administrator and gave access all permission. using version is osTicket-v1.11.0-rc1
harinadh537 if This is a production system, recommended using stable v1.10.4 not v1.11.0-rc1 might have a bug, you need to apply fixes you may find at https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/issues
ramrajone So can i download & install v1.10.4 in my local machine? i am using php7.2.5 version. Is php7.2.5 version supports v1.10.4?
harinadh537 You can install it on your local machine, but the PHP Ver. 7.2 is not supported yet, it needs to be 7.0.x or 5.6
ramrajone If i have php 7.0.x version can i run v1.10.4 successfully?
