I know this and am looking for SMTP only. Your links details works in my localhost but not in bluehost.
Update from bluehost:
I can see Unfortunately it would not be possible to use external SMTP servers within your BlueHost account. Ports 465 and 587 are already reserved on the server for our mail services, so you would not be able to connect to another service on these ports.
What to do next....??
mathew That's a strange response from Bluehost, are you using any of their email services from them?
osTicket is very simple to set up, don't know why you are having so much trouble.
Can you start fresh and use the stable version 1.10.4, PHP version 5.6 https://docs.osticket.com/en/latest/Getting%20Started/Installation.html

I think with out saying it, the Bluehost tech is saying that you should use their servers to send/receive email.
The alternative would be to find a different web host that will let you connect to O365.

Its because of my host who does not support outside SMTP server connection. Now it working in another host. So its was not a problem of OSTicket.
