Hello all,

We've installed osticket v1.10.4, and would like to enable piping so a ticket is created when our users email out support address.

I have been unable to find any specific instructions for configuring this with Office 365. If anyone has any experience doing this, or an existing guide, I would appreciate any help you could provide.

Last I checked Exchange does not offer piping.

You would connect via IMAP and run cron.php using windows task scheduler.

    You are using Office365... that is Exchange.
