Is there a setting somewhere to turn on automatic replies to the end user if they send an email to our ticket system email.
End user sends email to Help Desk email address
AutoCron Fetches email and Creates Ticket automagically
End user Receives "Your Ticket has been Created" email <--- This is what I'm looking for.
I swear I've had this working before but now I'm second guessing myself.
I feel like I'm missing a simple setting. This is currently working if the end user opens the ticket via the client portal.
