Anyone know if there's an easy way to display who is currently logged into the Agent side of osTicket?

There is a [paid] plugin called Activity Stream over at software-mods.

Does that do what you are looking for?
If not Scottro was talking to me about a plugin that sounded more like what you are describing that he was asking my if I would test for him. (Or I'm thinking about that one I just mentioned.)

    You have a green dot next to users who are currently logged in; etc. Something like that.

      I have another plugin that is just now ready for release that shows something similar to Activity Stream (which is more from the point of view of tickets and activty). This new plugin, Agent Activity, shows a list of the agents and their history. You can click on each any user and view their entire recent history. It sounds like it's also not exactly what you are looking for here (green dot next to usernames) but I thought it could still be of interest.

        I will be getting in contact with you soon as my employers would like me to purchase some of your add-ons to add to osTicket.

        Auditing is important to the company, so this mod seems feature rich to do just that.

        Awesome work by the way! I've been looking at your mods for a while now, particularly the reporting and AD-Sync ones!
