I'm searching a solution for a collegue who has high visual limitations.
Is there the possibility to make osTicket compatible with screen reader software like Jaws or Windows 10 screen reader? I tried to enable Jaws but there are a lot of problems with icons/functions that are in the single ticket table on the right upper corner.
