Hi!I really enjoy using osTicket 1.10. It simply works, and works well.They are just two features that I understand, would be great to have in the next release (1.11? when will it see the light?): - Time tracking for agents: It's important to understand the amount of time used for every followup, and the total amount of time. It would be useful to have a customizable report where the Team Leader can check the amount of time used, avoiding him/her to browse between tickets to check the time used on every one of them. For example, check the amount of time used from 01-01-2018 to 31-01-2018, and getting a report with something like: Agent A: 100,5 hours (this, as a link to a detail of the hours)Agent B: 90,25 hours...TOTAL: xxxxx hours.The details of hours could be something like: Ticket aaaaa: 35 hours - ClosedTicket bbbbb: 20 hours - ResolvedTicket ccccc: 10 hours - Open....- Responsive and customizable theme: The theme osTicket has today is nice, and works like a charm. But sometimes, a user could need to access osTicket using a cell phone, because its machine gets broken, for example. It would be great to have a responsive theme (I know, they are some companies that sale a responsive theme...but it's not the official one, and I really don't know what could happen when upgrading osTicket with that theme...I prefer to have it all coming from one source...)Just two ideas, and I remark, I love using osTicket!Thanks a lot for your time, effort and attention!Best regards,HeCSa.
