As the title states, is there any mod or native way to do this? For example,End User selects Help Topic "Repair"They're presented with a form that has the end-user input all various information of the hardware they need repaired. But say, the end user has to put in 3 or 4 items to be repaired, is there a way to append/repeat the same form again on the same ticket so they can input all the info for all their devices in one ticket, rather than opening multiple tickets?E.g.Help Topic - Repair-Repair Form for Item A-User selects "Add another item"-Repair Form for Item B-User selects "Add another itme"-Repair Form for Item C-User submits Ticket

Hi, I know this is an old post, but I still need the same.
I would like to know if I can configure osticket to create a ticket in which I indicate, for example, a number of virtual servers to be created and the system presents me with some information such as operating system, how much ram, hard disk etc. for the number of virtual servers I enter.
Thank you
osticket v1.15.1

I'm not aware of a way to do this at this time.

Hi, This would be a fantastic feature.

Maybe a checkbox could be added to the form section under the title that would say "Allow multipe form instances". If this is checked then multiple instances of form can be added to the form.

Bonus feature: Max number of instances ?

Another game changer would be having custom forms on Tasks ( the same way as we have them on Tockets)

Thanks a lot

G.
