Sorry i do not know what it is you are trying to ask.It sounds like you have an email with a bunch of information in an email and you want to some how use it to populate ticket form details.

I'm sorry, but I do not know English very well.I care that the system will only download certain information from the email when creating the ticket.Currently creates a notification, and in the content, enter the entire content of the email.

To the end user email has 4 fields.To:From:Subject:Body:Those are the fields that osTicket for the most part will read.  If you want people to answer questions like "Service", "Group", etc then you should have them use the UI to open their tickets.
