Hello,I trying to update from v1.7.0 to v1.10.4. I follow this instruction https://docs.osticket.com/en/latest/Getting%20Started/Upgrade%20and%20Migration.html but nothing is working. After I upload folder UPLOAD the application is not assessable. When folder restored from back up everything is working as should be. The ost-config.php file is preserved. Do I need to save another configuration file? Or for this outdated version, I should use another instruction?Thank youKonstantin
After you upgrade the file and restore the ost-config file you need to go to site/scp and run the upgrader.If the site doesn't load then you would need to consult your PHP error logs to find out why.Also you haven't told us that your versions of Apache, PHP, etc.

Your version of PHP is too low to run osTicket. You should upgrade it to 5.6.
