Hello,How can I hide the email address and phone contact fields when an agent user is reading tickets.   When the agent response to the tickets, it should automatically direct the ticket response to the customer.  I still want for me, the admin side, to be able to view tickets with the email and phone showing.Please let me know how to prevent an agent from seeing the customer's contact details in a ticket.  Thank you.

Hi,you can add a condition if($thisstaff->getId() == "X") where X is your Staff ID.Unfortunately I don't understand, where are fields, what need you hide.

Hello . Id like to know where to change these values to hide contacts from user id.. Or any new user Id. And just show the data over admin account.
