Hi all,I am using 1.11.0-rc1 for the moment. Love the adjusting queues!!Now what I really need next is a ticket merging system. From the moment a user replies and RE or FW is in the subject the system creates a new ticket for it and there is no way we can merge it into 1 ticket. I have tries to add the known merge-add but the installation failed.So I have 2 questions:* Is there a merging system in the next release? Or can this been added* Is there a workaround to also make tickets with the same subject (except RE or FW in the title) to have them seen as 1 ticket?Thanks alot in advance2.6.0.0

osTicket does not have a merge feature at this time.Q: "Is there a merging system in the next release? Or can this been added"1.11.0 is the next stable release.  If there is no Merge feature in the rc1 then there is likely no merge feature in the stable. (Although i here there will be a rc2 soon).  Q: Is there a workaround to also make tickets with the same subject (except RE or FW in the title) to have them seen as 1 ticket?A: We copy any relevent data in the ticket that was opened first and close the dupes.

I would hazard a guess that is because you are running the beta software (release candidate rc1) instead of the stable 1.10.4.  You should never ever ever use an RC in production.

There will be at least one more RC before that happens.  Otherwise no.
