Not sure if this is where we put feature wishes but...It would be nice if we could merge tickets. When a printer goes down I get 10 tickets from 10 different people on that floor. Would be nice if I could select them all and merge into one ticket. That way one solution would do it and I wouldnt need to copy and paste 10 times.

I'll add my weight behind this suggestion too.  Not only for multiple people reporting the same problem (which in itself would be incredibly useful) but also for those stubborn users who insist on sending a new message instead of updating their existing ticket.The ability to merge them into the 'primary' ticket and close them all with the one reply would be useful in both cases
