Please downgrade to PHP 5.6 and try again.  osTicket does not support PHP7 yet.

Hi,I did the php downgrade and landed the same issue... no chage, php version is not cause of this issue.

Did you restart the webserver service after you downgraded PHP?Are you getting any errors in your PHP error logs?

yes it was restarted after downgrade, software is surely using php5.6, no errors. Note Loading will hang forever, I have to terminate.

Have you verified account info and ports are currently configured?
