We're using osTicket (v1.10.1) and we got a message from Office365 Message Center stating:"We will be removing support for Basic Authentication in Outlook REST v1.0 APIs from Office 365, beginning November 1, 2018. "We use Office365 email addresses in osTicket for ticket creation, which means that mailbox is accessed from osTicket regularly to manage new requests.Do we need to change something before November 1st?Thanks for your support
