Hey there,when i respond to a ticket and a user respond to this answer, two things happens:1. I get an e-mail "New Message Alert" with the body "New message appendet to tickt #12345"2. the little info-bubble increments by 1 blankSo, is it correct, that i don´t get a stronger notification in the admin-area, than this little bubble?I mean, the email is a nice hint that something happend, but in my opinion, there could be a stronger tip in the admin-area, too.THX

The number shows you how many responses there are in the ticket.Whether or not there is a new response from a User is if the ticket number is bold or not.

Q: Any thought to giving any indication if was agent or client that responded?A: It only bolds if the User (client) responded.  If an Agent was the last to respond then it is not bold.
