So I've been setting up an OSTicket instance for the agency I work for, and they asked me if the emailing history (which basically are all older responses), could be removed/hidden.Is there a way? Or should it be solved on the email hosting service?Thanks

This is not a feature in osTicket at this time. I am not aware of this even being on the roadmap for the future.
