Hy,- You could create a simple calendar with all tasks on it to see when they are planified --> by Agent- To give possibility to connect a task to a ticket !!! Or a few tasks to a ticket !!- To give possibility to custom tasks form, like ticket form... and so statuses.

It's my understanding that there are a lot of plans for tasks and the feature is currently quite rudimentary compared to what they want to have them do. (Task lists that auto-populate tasks based on a list for certain help topics, etc.  I do not know for sure that they are still on the roadmap for any time soon, but I would be surprised is most of those things weren't already on the to do list.

Sorry, allow me to correct myself :Osticket allows to create a task from within a ticket. Unfortunately, when we are on the ticket, we can see the tasks that are attached to the ticket BUT if we are going to a task, we can't see to which ticket it's attached... so it's useless.

There is no guarantee that the person who can see a task has rights to view a ticket.  To them they have a task that needs to be completed.  There could be a number of tasks that need to be completed and none of the users have access to the ticket.  My understanding is that this is by design.
