is this fresh installation?  It should work out of the Box by default for a user to send an email via outlook or any other client unless you have changed the settings.

Upgrade from 1.9.4.I tested and it does not work how I want it to.

Did you configure email in osTicket?Are you running cron.php to trigger things?This is working and has been since before I started using osTicket (1.6?) and joined the forums.

E-mail is configured in osTicekt.Currently do not have anything in cron. I have someone taking a look so we will see.
