I was hoping to pull the data from the actual graph, as the tabs below do not offer the data I'm looking for.I was hoping to basically pull how many tickets were created per day, so I can get an average of how many tickets our system is getting daily.Is there a way to get these metrics?

Pretty sure that they 3rd party Reports Plugin by @[deleted] does that.

I will check that out, I believe I saw you reference that in another discussion. While I have your attention sir, in the graphing data, I've noticed the "Response Time" column, never changes, it is at a constant 0.0 value. Why is that and better yet, what is "response time" as opposed to "Service Time"?

I would assume that response time is the avg time from ticket open to an Agent response.  I believe that it is in hours...  I would think that service time is the time from open to close.  But I do not use the Dashboard.  I can tell you that its been on the "let's revamp this soon" for quite a while.

I'm not sure when the Dashbaord is getting revamped.  Probably in 2.0+.
