Hello,A few days ago we did the upgrade of our osticket instance from 1.9.16 to 1.10. But we have a question, about the new options that appeared in the osticket 1.10, the one we are wondering is the extended access. How the system got the information of who has extended access and who not, and if this change a lot with the visualitzation or creating of tickets.Thanks a lot!Berta

Sorry, in the older instance there were no information about this field, extended access. I assume it's the team selected in the agent tab in the older version of osticket?

Older versions had groups.  Groups became roles.  They are essentially the same thing.  So since you setup your groups, when they became roles you entered them all in...
