I updated my OS Ticket version and after updating it our ticket system is n’t working now. Please upgrade to PHP 5.6.If you still have a problem after that please look at your HostGator CPanel to find your logs.
I already upgrade my PHP from 5.4 into 5.6 and still have the same error. I already emailed hostgator regarding on my logs.Thanks

@[deleted]That error means no mail object was returned to call send() on. Are there any other errors? Maybe in Apache or PHP error logs?Cheers.

@[deleted]Without detailed errors there is no way to find out what's wrong. The 500 error is a realllyyyy generic error that doesn't explain what's wrong; just states that something wrong. Please check your IIS error logs, your PHP error logs and System Event logs for more detailed errors. If you do not know how to do this please contact your System Administrator or whomever set the system up. Once you get the detailed errors report back here.I hope this helps. Cheers.
