Hi,On our Support Center - Open a New Ticket form, we have some special entries. How do I get those to show on the agents ticket view? So like things like the customers Order Number, etc needs to show up on the ticket so they know how to look up the customers information.ThanksDan

I do not understand the question. If you added things at:Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket DetailsOr if you added forms to Help Topics...If there are details to display (the fields aren't blank) then when you create a ticket they show up on the Agent Ticket view.

@[deleted]In the Contact Information form, I have created form field called weborder (variable name). On the create the new ticket form it is showing and working fine. However, when the ticket is created, the field weborder is not showing in the tickets for the agents to see . So the agent have no way to know what weborder they are dealing with. In other words, just trying to pass information from the initial new ticket web form over to the ticket.

Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Contact Details is not Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket DetailsMove them to Ticket Details.

@[deleted]Thanks, that worked. I thought the contact form would pass the information, but I was wrong.

Very welcome. :)   HAve a great weekend!

I am having a similar issue but am not clear on the instructions given to allow the fields to appear on the ticket.
Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details shows contact information but the actual ticket only shows only two of the fields. I would like them all to show.

    1. This is an old thread, please start your own thread.
    2. Your screenshot shows the Contact Information Form; not the Ticket Details Form. Someone must’ve incorrectly renamed them. What @ntozier was saying was to move the fields you want to see to the actual Ticket Details Form.

    Cheers.
