Hello everyone, I would like to know, if there is a way for block some email domain, like yopmail.com whiches are tempory email. I try to use "*.yopmail.com" but that seem doesn't work.... For information I've just installed the latest version of osTicket and for my server I use the last version of wamp for Windows. Thanx to take time to answer me. AurĂ©lien

You should be abel to do this at your mail server level.Also you can do this via Admin panel -> Manage -> Ticket FiltersClick Add newAddressee (To and CC). Contains. domain.tld.Click on Filter Action.Select Reject Ticket.

Hey, Thank for your response. I follow yours indications, but that seam doesn't work. In Filter action, "Actions sur filtre" in french, I select Reject Ticket. But if I create a ticket with a mail like: "aurelien@yopmail.com" the tickets is created...Have you, any idy where I make a mistake? To notice you, I don't have any acces to a mail server...

I would remove the @[deleted]

I created this Admin panel -> Manage -> Ticket Filtersrule to Exclude domainsUser/Email Address |  Ends with  |  @[deleted]it works for me

Hey, thanx for your help all!Because a problem I was needed to reinstall osTicket (I modify the BDD)But I've thinking about something: For creating a ticket a user need to be register And with this metho I creat a filter on ticketsSo he can creat a count but she cannot open a ticket 

So I remove the "@" and the user who wants to create an account doesn't receive the mail confirmation. That seam work ! Thanx for your help
