Hi All,I've been trying to figure out how to add the Status column to the Open Tickets and My Tickets view for osTicket v1.10.1 without any luck.  Has someone done this that can provide me with instructions on how to do it?Thanks

I do not understand what it is that you are trying to do... Why would you add a status to the open ticket view?  If you see it in the open ticket view, then it's status is Open.  If you see it in the My Tickets view then it status is open (but replied to).

ntozier, I have custom statuses, in addition to Open, that are of status type open.  For example, I have a status of Awaiting Feedback which is an Open status.  By making the Status column visible my Agents can see which tickets are Awaiting Feedback and which are Open so they know what to work.  This will allow them to ignore the Awaiting Feedback tickets until they received information from the user.

Any ticket that is in the Open queue is open. That means if you make a Pending status which is a sub type of open it will show up in the Open queue because the ticket is open.If you just want to see "Pending" tickets you can use Advanced Search to search for them.  You can also save this search. There is a forth coming feature called Custom Queues that is coming out that should allow for more functionality in this regard.

I see your point, I really would only need it on the My Tickets view, not the Open tickets view.
