v1.10 mass closing tickets. In the updated version I can no longer close multiple tickets at once AND choose DO NOT EMAIL REPLY. Is there a way to do this?
Huh?Tick the ones that you want to close.Click Change Status.Select Closed.Click Close.result: closes all the tickets you selected, does not email user.
I always wondered if it emailed the user or not, lol. Is it the same when you Resolve multiple tickets?
