Please is there any way to automatically forward ticket T to agent B (B is in the office, while A is on Holiday) in order to change ticket status.

Nope. Other than the manager manually re-assigning the tickets to another Agent.

Vacation mode is just that. The staff if not present. It prevents anything from being assigned to them
