I need a level of code, forward the emails that reach the users.I can not configure the forwarders, nor can I use the mailings.I can only think of solutions at the code level and at the OSticket level, could you help me?

I've moved the thread to mods and customization section of the forums. Hopefully someone who has run that version of code will be able to assist you. I imagine that if you look at the older posts from other people who wanted to do this (via search) that you could probably figure it out. It's not something that I have done.
