Necesito a nivel de código, reenviar los correos que le llegan a los usuarios.No puedo configurar los reenviadores, ni puedo utilizar los sending del correo.Solo se me ocurren soluciones a nivel de código y a nivel de configuración del OSticket, podrian ayudarme?
