Dears,Upon creating new ticket, the variable in assignment alert email template : %{ticket.accesstech} which is in my case a multi choice variable is being sent in the alert email as " array " .Also, I have attached some files to the ticket but they were not attached to the assignment alert email.Can you check this please, as I have have gone through lots of discussions posted here without success.Best regards,My environment : osTicket Version v1.10.1 (9ae093d)

Instead of a choices drop down can you use a list instead? I'm not aware of a fix for the choice field, abnd it is a known bug.
