Hello,I cannot find any topics that assist with how to implement the various Mods and plug-ins or SSL for our Apache server. The Wiki is rather lacking and I hope I can bother someone to point me in the right direction - teach me how to fish, so to speak. I started working at my company from an already implemented OSTicket install and am having a hard time trying to reverse engineer it. I do know;It runs as a VM (VirtualBox) on an Ubuntu (14.04) bare metal serverI can access it via SSH It is running off a bare-metal Ubuntu OS using VirtualBox and the VM is Ubuntu 14.4 and I can RDP into both.Server InformationosTicket Version v1.10.1 (9ae093d) — Up to dateWeb Server Software Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu)MySQL Version 5.7.21PHP Version 5.6.33-3+ubuntu16.04.1+deb.sury.org+1PHP Extensionsgdlib Used for image manipulation and PDF printingimap Used for email fetchingxml XML APIxml-dom Used for HTML email processingjson Improves performance creating and processing JSONmbstring Highly recommended for non western european language contentphar Highly recommended for plugins and language packsintl Highly recommended for non western european language contentfileinfo Used to detect file types for uploadsAPCu Improves overall performanceZend Opcache Improves overall performancePHP Settingscgi.fix_pathinfo "1" is recommended if AJAX is not workingdate.timezone Setting default timezone is highly recommendedDatabase Information and UsageSchema osticket (localhost)Schema Signature 98ad7d550c26ac44340350912296e673Space Used 1921.31 MiBSpace for Attachments 5766.39 MiBTimezone EDT (Interpreted as America/New_York)I hope this is enough info. Oops, OSTicket is actually running off of Ubuntu 16.04 NOT 14.04

To install a plugin you read and follow the instructions on the plugin download page.osticket.com/downloadclick on pluginsMods are not so easy.  You would either have to download the moded files, or complete the file modifications to implement the mod.  Different authors do it different ways.
