Hello there,I have a customer who has several branches and I need to provide them with technical support for each branch.Once the user is assigned to one organizations-branch, it's impossible to assign the same user to the other branches.If for example I have the Organization A Branch 1 with the assigned user Alfa, it is impossible to assign the same user to the Organization A Branch 2, etc.How could I address this issue in OSTicket?Thanks / Regards
