hi there,I just want to ask, if there any mod or configuration to create a new ticket if we just email the default system email. let say I send email with gmail to default system email, I don't want to go to website support, it takes lot time and option, I just want to email my problem to default system email and they generate new ticket. that's allbecause this kind of case is more found with less-experience user or BOD of organization (CEO, CTO,CFO, etc )thanks you for attention

Yes, use the config to setup the account and it can fetch email and make tickets.

You setup an email address.You go into osTicket, you configure that email address.You setup PIPING or POP/IMAP.If you use POP/IMAP You setup cron to run.See docs:http://osticket.com/wiki/Email_settings
