CSS is at:/assets/default/cssHTML templates are at:/include/client/templates

Does the cache have to be cleared afterwards? I edited CSS and .inc files but the changes aren't showing up.

I found a post about clearing the cache, but it's old and those lines aren't in main.inc.php any more.
